These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the jlgg platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this document carefully before you start playing.

jlgg takes age verification seriously and may request a government-issued ID, passport, or other official document to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If it is found at any point that a player is underage, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. We encourage parents and guardians to make use of parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person, and jlgg will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to protect your account. You agree not to use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access or interact with the platform in a manner that is not intended for regular player use. Any attempt to manipulate account balances, exploit system errors, or engage in collusion with other players will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated funds.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on the jlgg platform at any given time. If multiple accounts are detected under the same identity, device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts may be suspended pending review. Any winnings generated through duplicate accounts may be voided at jlgg's sole discretion. All financial transactions on the jlgg platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not considered valid and will not be paid out. jlgg will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve technical issues as quickly as possible, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or connectivity problems beyond our reasonable control.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, jlgg may freeze account funds pending investigation and may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with our legal obligations. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting our support team; any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our operational policies, and players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlgg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. jlgg's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and jlgg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit jlgg's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
